Discover traditional Japanese swordsmanship with this six-week introductory course. Participants will use a wooden training sword to learn traditional forms, sword swinging drills, sword drawing techniques and paired training drills. Japanese swordsmanship provides and interesting and fun way to exercise your mind and body. Students will need to bring $35 to purchase a wooden sword.
