Throughout the course, students will immerse themselves in the world of herbs, from learning about different varieties to harvesting techniques. Guided by an MCC Horticulture Instructor, students will discover the art of crafting refreshing and creative mocktails using a variety of fresh herbs. From classic combinations to innovative concoctions, participants will learn essential mixology skills while enjoying the rich aromas and flavors of herbs. By the end of the course, students will not only have expanded their knowledge of herbs and mixology but also gained practical experience in creating delicious herbal mocktails perfect for any occasion.
