Emotional Intelligence is not a soft skill, it's a human skill. It's a necessary life skill if you intend to be healthy, happy, or reach any level success. In this class you will learn what emotional intelligence is and it's connection to mindfulness. We will focus on how to develop two domains; self-awareness and empathy as well as the impact and benefits to you (even your health) your relationships, and your business/work. You will experience the practices and leave with the tools you need.
