This class is low to the ground and slow-paced, giving it a high level of accessibility for all practitioners. This practice links body, breath and mind in a way that is restorative and healing. You will gently accesses deep connective tissues through longer holds and focus on the breath. Long-term benefits include improved range of motion, increased bone-density, improvement to concentration and attention span and ease of joint function.
