Topics include quality planning, quality control, quality assurance, performance control, establishing project metrics, change control and configuration. Hands-on, group exercises reinforce the key concepts. This course is for project team members, project managers, key stakeholders, and professionals who desire a career in project management. Course is eligible for PDU's.
