Must be 21 or older to attend.

Please arrive to the Institute for the Culinary Arts (Building 22 on MCC's Fort Omaha Campus) 15 minutes before the class begins, and the Chef Instructor will escort you to the classroom.

Casey Craven is the Storeroom Manager at the Institute for the Culinary Arts at Metropolitan Community College. He began his culinary journey in 2012 as a dishwasher and steadily worked his way up, gaining experience in every role he could. Today, Casey brings that hands-on knowledge and passion for the craft to future culinarians, supporting students at MCC and mentoring high school teams through Nebraska’s ProStart program. His commitment to learning, growth, and service makes him a valued guide for the next generation of culinary professionals.
