This course is an introduction to the Tagalog language, covering basic grammar, vocabulary, and writing. Students will learn to read, write, listen, and speak Tagalog in a variety of contexts. Emphasis will be placed on developing verbal communication skills and cultural understanding. By the end of the course, students will be able to engage in simple conversations and understand basic written texts in Tagalog. No prior knowledge of Tagalog is required.
