If you want to teach from your Strengths and support the Strengths development of your students, Strengths 3D Online is for you. In this course, faculty explore Gallup Strengths as they relate to the practice of teaching.
Topics covered include:
-Strengths research and history (Discover)
-Applying Signature Themes (Develop)
-Integrating Strengths into your teaching practice (Deploy)
Participants meet via Zoom to kick off the course and then participate asychronously in Canvas to complete course requirements.
