Prerequisites
Prior to enrolling in *Agile Project Management, you must have completed the specified prerequisites (if you have not taken a prerequisite, you can click on the catalog code link to see a list of upcoming course sections):
*Foundations of Project Management $
Designed for project team members, project managers and key stakeholders, participants will explore the essentials of project management from the standpoint of a standalone project. Students will manage the entire project life cycle.
*Project Requirements, Procurement and Cost Management $
Participants are introduced to the key concepts, methodologies and best practices for collecting and managing project requirements, project estimating, budgeting, financial justification and cost control.
*Project Quality and Control $
Topics include quality planning, control and assurance, performance control, establishing project metrics and change control and configuration. Hands-on and group exercises reinforce the key concepts.
