Life and organizations are constantly changing to upgrade processes, and they change in order to fix problems and adapt to market trends. Change is not always easy, and it’s natural to want to resist change.

Change also brings new opportunities; instead of feeling like change is just happening to you, you can take control of your change experience. You can take actions that allow you to thrive during change.

In this session, you will learn:

  • Change is a process and depends on each person making the transition
  • The normal reactions to change and how they influence you
  • How to pinpoint where you are in a current change process and understand what could hold you back from being successful
  • The proper steps to engage in change and take control of your change experience

Audience: All staff and faculty
