Whether you’re making the transition to a plant-based diet or want to expand your skills in the kitchen, this course focuses on techniques, flavors and cookery styles that can enhance a plant-based diet.

Notes:

Meet in the lobby of the ICA before class. Must be 16 or older to attend. No one under the age of 16 will be allowed in class. No outside food/drinks allowed. Wear comfortable closed-toed shoes and full-length pants to class. We continue to prioritize your health and safety.
