Great soups start with a great stock. Soups may serve as a single course meal, or they may be its centerpiece, rounded out with good bread. Learn to maximize flavor while creating a delicious soup. This class is an introduction to both broth and pureed soups.


Meet in the lobby of the ICA before class. Must be 16 or older to attend. No one under the age of 16 will be allowed in class. No outside food/drinks allowed. Wear comfortable closed-toed shoes and full-length pants to class. We continue to prioritize your health and safety. Visit to keep up to date on our coronavirus response and on-campus guidance.
