This course focuses on fresh, scratch pasta: dough, production, and cookery. Students will also make fresh, flavorful sauces to complement their fresh pastas.

Notes:

Meet in the lobby of the ICA before class. Must be 16 or older to attend. No one under the age of 16 will be allowed in class. No outside food/drinks allowed. Wear comfortable closed-toed shoes and full-length pants to class. We continue to prioritize your health and safety.
