This course focuses on methods for fresh, scratch pasta – flavored pasta dough and delicious fillings. Please take this course after you've taken our Foundations: Pasta Basics for best experience in this course.


Meet in the lobby of the ICA before class. Must be 16 or older to attend. No one under the age of 16 will be allowed in class. No outside food/drinks allowed. Wear comfortable closed-toed shoes and full-length pants to class. We continue to prioritize your health and safety. Visit to keep up to date on our coronavirus response and on-campus guidance.
