A variation of quilling using a comb rather than a needle tool. Comb husking is a folk art that has recently seen a resurgence in popularity and may have its origins in northern Europe. It is easier to get more uniform results and is faster than quilling with a needle tool. In this class you will learn both straight husking and fan shaped husking on a comb using the techniques to create a Copenhagen flower which is a hexagon pattern like a snowflake and two styles of angels. Join me and decorate for the Holidays with beautiful durable paper ornaments. Hang them on a tree, attach them to tags or give them away as a small hostess gift. The $10 supply fee will cover the comb, a blocking board, regular quilling tool, glue and enough paper to make a lot more pieces.

Bring a $10 supply fee to class. We continue to prioritize your health and safety. Visit to keep up to date on our coronavirus response and on-campus guidance.
