Meditation has many potential benefits including better focus, improved mood, reduced pain, and a sense of well-being. Movement is a key to longevity and physical health. This class incorporates meditation & breathwork with movements from Yoga, Qi Gong, and other disciplines to help improve dysfunctional patterns and maintain mobility. Classes may include chair yoga, resistance training and active relaxation.
