Join Culinary Team Nebraska for a one-of-a-kind dining and learning experience as they refine their competition dishes. This exclusive non-credit class features an intimate dinner where up to 8 guests are seated together at one of two Chef’s Tables. Enjoy engaging discussion with the student chefs as they share insights into their techniques and ingredients.
The seven-course menu will showcase a wide array of selections such as fish, shellfish, local greens, poultry, desserts, and confections — reflecting the creativity and precision required for competition.
A minimum of four student dinner guests must be present for a Chef's Table class to run. To prevent the risk of a cancelled session due to low enrollment, you may wish to invite your friends to share this unique dining experience!An optional wine pairing add-on is available for an enhanced tasting journey. One registration is required per guest.
Please note: substitutions are extremely limited due to the nature of the Team’s training. We understand not every course may suit every guest — feel free to simply skip any dish you're unable to enjoy. With seven courses, there will still be plenty to enjoy for most guests.
