Engage with students enrolled at the Institute for the Culinary Arts and collaboratively gain an appreciation for the history of Omaha Pizzerias. Omaha's rich history of Italian immigrants greatly contributed to the varied pizzerias of today, and yesterday. Learn about his history, and enjoy a small pizza tasting.

Please arrive to the Institute for the Culinary Arts (Building 22 on MCC's Fort Omaha Campus) 15 minutes before the class begins, and the Chef Instructor will escort you to your classroom.
