Our hot yoga is based on the traditional 26-pose series practiced in a heated room. The heat enhances flexibility and provides deep cleansing benefits. The room is 105 degrees with high humidity to make it extra sweaty.
Bring a towel, water, and your own mat. Rental mats and towels are available for $2 each. The studio provides blocks, blankets, and straps.
