An innocuous walking/hiking aide, the walking staff has been around for a long time. It can also be used as an extension of your body, or as a weapon of self-defense. Training with the Japanese wooden staff provides an interesting and fun way to exercise your body and mind. During this six-week course students will learn a variety of solo and paired techniques and drills using the wooden staff. No discounts.
