Discover this traditional Japanese martial art of swordsmanship. Shinkendo emphasizes traditional and effective swordsmanship. Using a wooden sword, participants will learn kata (tradtional forms), suburi (sword swinging drills), tachiuchi (paired sparring) and battoho (drawing and cutting kata). Bring $30 to purchase a wooden sword.
