Aikido is a Japanese form of self-defense, with its roots in Daito Ryu Aikijujutsu and Japanese swordsmanship. More than a martial art, Aikido is a philosophy and way of life. Discover joint locks, throws and striking. Turning conflict into resolution without violence is its primary goal. This class does not require a lot of physical strength. All body types are encouraged to attend.
