Learn how to avoid being a victim. Discuss what predators look for in an "easy target". You will learn the mechanics of how the human body react to strikes, distraction techniques and touch pressure to different nerve motor points. Participants are taught how to get out and get away from a predator and how to turn everyday items, such as purses, backpacks, keys and cell phones, into tools for defense.
