During this camp, participants will visit top Omaha area biotechnology companies and learn about career opportunities in the biotechnology industry. In lab, students will perform hands-on biotech activities including fermentation of foods, DNA extraction, gel electrophoresis, and more. This unique biotechnology exploration experience is a must for any student interested in science, math, engineering, mechanics, and technology.

Lunch will be provided each day. Please bring money for ice cream on 6/19. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: Students must wear pants and closed toe shoes for the industry tours. Students will not be allowed to tour if these items of clothing are not worn. If you have not done so, please complete the liability form including any allergies. A link to the form is attached.
