If you've ever told anyone at the ICA "If you ever need a taste tester...", this workshop is for you! Baking and pastry students in their final term at the ICA will prepare and present classic desserts, breads with accoutrement, and assorted petit fours, along with some educational materials to give you a few tidbits of information about what they've learned in the program. Participants may come at any time during the expo to taste students' work, and give critique and feedback about the products and educational components of their displays.
