Knife skills-you need them to be successful as a cook. This course will change your game in the kitchen for the rest of your life. Learn proper knife handling, classic knife cuts and how to utilize them in your kitchen at home. Must be 16 or older to enroll.

Please arrive to the Institute for the Culinary Arts (Building 22 on MCC's Fort Omaha Campus) 15 minutes before the class begins, and the Chef Instructor will escort you to your classroom.
