This course is designed to prepare students to take and pass the PMI® PMP or CAPM exam. This course takes participants through the initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing processes and uses group exercises as a hands-on approach to reinforce key concepts. Participants are given practical tips, memory joggers, best-practice advice on effective test taking, and recommended study materials and methods. Practice tests are included. This course is for students who desire to effectively manage and control a project through completion, have previously taken the Foundations of Project Management course, and aspire to pass the PMP or CAPM certification test. The cost of the practice exams are included in the cost. To take the actual exam is an additional cost and needs to be scheduled with Person Vue directly. You must complete a PMI application through the PMI.org website. Your application must be approved being able to sit for the exam.
