This course introduces participants to the key concepts, methodologies, and best practices of project finance management and control. Topics include the processes and techniques for financial management planning, estimating, budgeting and control, earned value management, performance control, establishing project metrics, change control and configuration. Hands-on, group exercises reinforce the key concepts. This course is for project team members, project managers, key stakeholders, and professionals who desire a career in project management. Course is eligible for PDU's.
