Say "ciao" to pizza perfection in this summer workshop for teens! Participants will learn to craft pizza dough from scratch, and how to utilize it for different styles of pizza. Teens also will learn the basics of making sauce, and then get creative with toppings. With hands-on experience and a focus on technique, this workshop empowers teens to bring their unique pizza creations to life while having a blast in the kitchen!

Please meet in the lobby of the Institute for the Culinary Arts, Building 22 on MCC's Fort Omaha Campus 15 minutes before the start of camp time.  Free parking is available in lots A1 and A2.

Please have your child wear long sleeves and long pants, closed-toe shoes, and hair pulled back.
