Prerequisite: Driver's Education Endorsement on Teaching Certificate or Completed Driver Equivalency Testing per 247 NAC 11

Are you a certified driving instructor in Nebraska? Add another tool under your belt by becoming Competency Based certified through online assignments and a live test of your planned driving route with the instructor. This course is an adaptation for Competency Based driving instruction for a driver's education program. The student will be introduced to behavioral environmental traffic situations sequencing for driving and testing routes and gain an understanding of scoring Competency Based instruction for their students' driving routes. This course encourages practicing and potential teachers to learn the history and theory to assist with developing the final motor vehicle driving test. No discounts.
