In the "Train Like an Astronaut" class, youth will dive into the essential skills needed for space missions, from physical fitness to problem-solving and teamwork. Participants will engage in hands-on activities that simulate astronaut training, learning how to handle the unique challenges of space travel while developing their own resilience and adaptability.
