Enjoy movement, breath, balance and meditation based on the ancient practice of Tai Chi. Develop internal power, energy, increased strength and flexibility, peace of mind and the opportunity to gain greater self-awareness. Tai Chi has many proven health benefits. Class is led by Angie Walker, certified Tai Chi instructor.

Notes:

Students will utilize the Zoom conferencing application to complete this course. Zoom meeting invitations will be sent via email at least one day prior to the class start date. Students must provide a valid email address to receive the meeting invitation to enter the Zoom virtual classroom.
