This asynchronous, self-paced, beginner-level course provides participants with the knowledge and skills to get professional certifications in Google IT Support Professional and IBM Customer Engagement Specialist Professional. This course consists of nine modules. Topics include troubleshooting, customer service, networking, operating systems, system administration, security, communication skills, empathetic behavior, problem solving, and process adherence. Through this course, participants engage in a variety of hands-on assessments to simulate experiences that are critical for success in the workplace. Participants earn a certificate upon successful completion.
