For anyone who has learned the basics of knitting (cast on, knit, purl, and bind off) this class offers a project to refine your skills and make a more difficult project. Students will learn to use double pointed needles, knit in the round, decrease, and complete a knitted winter hat. Students MUST know how to cast on using the long tail cast on method and how to make the knit stitch. Knowing the purl stitch is extremely helpful but not imperative. Supply list included on receipt.
