Numbers (Apple software), is a powerful spreadsheet application which is the equivalent to Microsoft Excel. Files from Excel can be opened directly into Numbers, without loss of data or formulas and files created or modified in Numbers can be converted to Excel files easily allowing you to work across both Windows and Apple platforms. Creating simple charts such as pie, line, and bar charts are easy to create and expand the use of the application in business or for home use. Numbers can also be used for inventory management or building simple work schedules. This class will show you how to utilize these functions and sharpen your overall understanding of how Numbers and Excel can easily transfer data. Bring your iMac computer or MacBook (laptop) and power cable to class. No iPads please. This application is free and pre-installed on newer Macs or can be downloaded for free from the App Store. (one session)
