Explore the relationship between roast, region and variety and discover the attributes each of these have on our brewed coffee. You will try coffee from various regions, processing methods, and roast levels to examine and understand how these affect flavor. You will leave with a well-rounded knowledge of how the coffee supply chain imparts its characteristics into our cup of coffee. (one session)
