Come relax, have fun, even eat chocolate as you learn ways to change anxious thoughts, habits and pain, in order to be healthier in mind, body and spirit. Learning mindfulness practices, yoga, laughter, sensory awareness and meditation methods that reduce the stress response and helps you reduce your blood pressure, inflammations in the body, emotional distress, find peace in your day-to-day activities and much more. There is less worry and more fun with these practices in your life. The latest studies on mindfulness-based stress reduction support the healthy benefits of this exercise in stress management. You will be able to incorporate mindfulness practices into your daily activities. (eight weeks)
