One of the most common mistakes in business today is the lack of communication between employees at all levels. Supervisors and managers are key to the communication process and must take a leadership role. Topics include methods of communication; how people listen and learn; talking and writing; emailing; speaking, listening, questioning, and reviewing; saying what you mean; what works with different people; and more. Upon completion, the employee, supervisor, or manager is given the skills to communicate more effectively in the workplace.
