Hiring employees is critical to every business. This training directs participants through the entire recruitment process. The process includes the interview plan, preparing for the interviews, evaluation of a resume and application, information gathering techniques, proper questions, and lawful and unlawful pre-employment inquiries. Topics include overview of employment practices, review of participant's skills & experience, recruitment plan, methods of recruitment, resumes and applications, interview plan, assessments, references, employment decision, and onboarding.
