A hands-on, production-focused workshop for a behind-the-scenes adventure preparing the foods that will be served at the evening’s beverage pairing studio. Instructor is Brian O’Malley, chef-instructor from the Open Kitchen Travel experience to Piedmont and Northern Italy in 2018. Participate in a guided tasting and evaluation.
