Discover the tools, ingredients and techniques involved in traditional sauerkraut fermentation. Fermentation crocks and preparation will be demonstrated. Fully fermented sauerkraut will be sampled along with recipe ideas, and a bag of finished sauerkraut will be provided to each student.
