You can learn a new skill in just eight hours that will save you lots of money in the future. Join us in the Construction Education Center where you will receive hands-on instruction in framing a wall. This class is geared to the home owner who would like to do some remodeling, those who flip houses for a profit, or landlords who can save money by doing their own repairs. Your class will include instructions, demonstrations and hands-on practical work on wall and joist layout, stud installation and rough opening framing, so wear your work clothes. Bring the following tool list to class: tool belt, hammer, 25-foot tape measure, speed square, chalk line, utility knife and a carpenter’s pencil. Lunch is on your own.
