What’s pate a choux? How do you “blind bake?” Learn the secrets to success in the pastry kitchen, discover how science makes it all work and bake your way through the week making delicious, beautiful, sweet desserts with our pastry chefs. This will be the sweetest camp yet. (ages 12-18)
