Explore the role of Destination Management Companies in the event planning process, and the tools and skills needed to plan and manage events in the DMC environment. Describe and analyze all aspects of the Destination Management company profession. Identify and analyze what services the DMC offer to their client.

Identify the skills needed by a DMC to support the production of a successful meeting, event or conference. Develop an evaluation process to identify the effectiveness of a DMC event.
