Join us in the bakeshop to explore the iconic baguette. Students will craft yeast-leavened baguettes, and learn about natural leavening methods. Lunch is included. Must be 16 or older to enroll.

Notes:

Meet in the lobby of the ICA before class. Must be 16 or older to enroll/attend class. No one under the age of 16 will be allowed in class.
