We will delve into the techniques behind braising and stewing, using dry and moist-heat cooking. Beef short ribs, chicken fricassee and braised pork ragu are some of the dishes we will create. Must be 16 or older to enroll.

Notes:

Meet in the lobby of the ICA before class. Must be 16 or older to enroll/attend class. No one under the age of 16 will be allowed in class.
