Leaders are at their best when their team is at their best. The most effective leaders understand the needs of their team and the importance of investing in CliftonStrengths. When leaders focus on strengths, 73% of employees report being more engaged in their work. Strengths-based leadership focuses on understanding team strengths and encouraging each other to use their talents in a way that benefits everyone.

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Enhance self-awareness through a deeper understanding of one's own unique strengths 
  • Identify team strengths within the four domains of leadership strength 
  • Recognize opportunities in productively applying strengths 
  • Develop a plan to maximize team strengths to improve engagement, performance, and results
