When leaders focus on strengths, 73% of employees report being more engaged in their work. Strengths-based leadership focuses on understanding team strengths and encouraging each other to use their talents in a way that benefits everyone.

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Enhance self-awareness through a deeper understanding of one's own unique strengths 
  • Identify team strengths within the four domains of leadership strength 
  • Recognize opportunities in productively applying strengths 
  • Develop a plan to maximize team strengths to improve engagement, performance, and results
