*The Longevity Spiral: Exploring the Gut-Brain Connection

Dates: January 25, 2020

Meets: Sa from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Location: MCC at Do Space 222

Registration Fee: $49.00

It is a scientific fact that the gut has a “brain of its own” that is interconnected with the head brain via a two-way highway. Many people do not know how the two affect each other - if one is unhappy, so is the other. In this class we will answer questions such as: “What does the gut have to do with how I think and how I feel” and “What role does my brain play in my gut function?” Moreover, we focus on practical tips to answer the question, “What can I do to make my two interconnected brains happy so I can live a long healthful life?”

If you are experiencing poor digestion, food sensitivity/intolerance, bloating, bowel issues, pain or discomfort, insomnia, lack of energy, lack of focus or concentration, irritability/anxiety/depression, mood swings, weight issues etc., this class provides you with easy gut-brain management skills w/o pills, so you can get your life back! A printed handout, guilt free snacks, and gut friendly teas will be provided.
