The courses in the Reflective Teaching and Learning badge emphasize continuous improvement through reflective practice, peer observation, appreciative teaching approaches, and student feedback tools to enhance the learning experience.

Reflective Teaching and Learning badgeis part of the MCC/OneHE Challenge Badge program, which allows MCC faculty to build skills collaboratively in a flexible, asynchronous online format. Participants should expect to spend about six hours per badge.
