Learn how to thread and use a sewing machine, understand pattern pieces, sew on buttons and install a zipper. Weekly projects are simple and designed to help students understand the process of construction. The adult will guide the young student with operating a sewing machine and ironing. Visit mccneb.edu/ce/kids120 for a list of supplies to bring to class. Only the child needs to be registered. (ages 8-11)
